Dahlia fold

I tried my hand at some Dahlia flowers this weekend, ending up with this card and gift box!! Fun! Click here for a good tutorial. The double sided designer papers from Stampin Up are perfect for this as both side of your paper will show when making the petals.

Thanks for stopping by! Kate x

Recipe:
Stamps - sentiment from One of a Kind (Stampin Up)
Paper/Card - Chocolate Chip/Regal Rose/Whisper White/Sweet Always DSP (All Stampin Up!)
Other - Hodgepodge Hardward (SU)/adhesive pearls/scallop border punch (SU)/chocolate chip grosgrain ribbon (SU)/cuttlebug/cuttlebug embossing folder

Hi Kate. I just signed up yesterday for the Sisterhoof #26. I love the Stampin Up company. If I could afford it, my basement would be filled with their products.

This is absolutely beautiful! I have been wanting to try the dahlia fold for a while, but I still haven't. I think I will have to add that as a project to try this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration!
