male birthday

Yesterday's Inspiration and Themes Challenge at In Love With Stamping is men - or rather to make a card for a man, not easy is it?!

I like this colour combo for masculine cards - Bashful Blue, Choc Chip and Very Vanilla. The star from the In the Stars set was stamped in Chocolate Chip ink and punched out with the star punch - I love that it co-ordinates perfectly with this stamp...so easy!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Recipe
(All Stampin Up)
Stamps - In the Stars
Ink - Chocolate Chip
Card - Chocolate Chip/Bashful Blue/Very Vanilla
Other - Star punch/crafter's tool kit/cuttlebug embossing folder/linen thread

Great man's card Kate. Love the paper piercing - I'm using that so often at the moment, lol. The colour combo is just right and I like the use of the linen thread. Sara xx

Perfect for a manly/teenager card. You can't go wrong with stars for them can you. lol Really lovely colours too - think I'm going to try that colour combo myself.
