Is it Saturday already? I have no idea where the past week has gone!

This is a card I made for my dear blogging friend Caryn, and is also my (very belated!) sample for our embossing challenge on A Passion for Papertrey (where you'll find full details of the card).

I forget how much I love to emboss white on darker backgrounds and really must do it more often:

I also want to say a HUGE congrats to Aimes, one of my bestest blogging buddies who (AGAIN!!!!) won one of the main categories for January's Guest Star Stamper prizes - way to go hun!!

Oh, Kate, this card made me squeal! So, so pretty with the white embossing and black ribbon and sentiment...very balanced and everything is perfectly placed. LOVE IT!!!!
