Stamp With Us challenge

Hi everyone - I hope you've all had a good few days and good weekend. I had a great time staying with friends up in London and am feeling very inspired after the fabulous Travel Writing course I went up there for. Plus I came home with a brand new, shiny iMac computer hee hee! (I'm a bit of an Apple fan!)

So today's Stamp With Us challenge is to use this sketch:

Now I have to start by saying I don't really like this card! It just doesn't feel like 'me' and it didn't turn out how I wanted but I didn't have time to tinker with it so there we are!

Recipe:

Stamps - Baroque Motifs/Circle of Friendshop
Card - Kraft/Very Vanilla
Ink - Bordering Blue
Paper - Bella Bleu
Other - Kraft ribbon/square Nestabilities/blue brad/circle punches

Don't forget to stop by the Stamp With Us blog to check out the other DT cards and details on how to enter.

I'll be back tomorrow with something I'm a bit happier with!

Hugs Kate xx

I like it Kate - I like those colours and it is quietly sophisticated. I like all your cards.

I love the card - but I am a total sucker for this paper/card combi and while it is different from some of your cards its still wonderful. I found this was a hard sketch to get to balance.

I am glad London was good and I am not really green about your new purchase - least I am going to keep telling myself that! Enjoy it.
