Challenges

Sunday was time for me to sit down and make my card for our new challenge on A Passion for Papertrey, and in spite of some new Papertrey goodies I still felt pretty mojo-less. So I used a couple of challenges to try to locate it;)

I combined the current  Play Date challenge - to use navy, leaf green and bubblegum pink:

... with the current CASE Study Challenge -  to Case one of Chupa's cards. There were so many to choose from but this one jumped out at me:

Put the two together and this is what I came up with:

Stamps: Beautiful Blooms/Think Big Favorites 3

Not sure about that pink, but hey challenges are meant to push your boundaries a bit aren't they!

Hugs,

AWESOME card, Kate!! I'm normally shying away from these pastels, but your card looks so good I might try and use them! Thank you so much for playing this week :D

Nothing like a couple of challenges to get your mojo ticking!
I love the pink on your card, hun! I think it adds a lovely contrast to those blue flowers :)

Oooo! LOVE this, Kate, especially the way your penned frame doesn't obstruct the view of your largest flower! Way to pay attention to details! Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at The Play Date Cafe!
