Here's one I made for my dad who had a bad cold recently - I'm not sure if you can see from the picture but I used a teeny piece of real tissue to come out the top of the tissue box :)

OK so great minds totally think alike, because I too made a get well soon card this past weekend with the same style stamp AND with a li'l bit of real tissue stickin out of the box!!! Seriously! Are we on the same crafting psychic vibe or something?
Such a sweet card and the fact it's mini just adds to the sweetness all the more!
